Dubai: BNH Real Estate Developer has launched Equiti Casa, a boutique freehold residential development in Al Warsan 4, with the project positioned along the future Dubai Metro Blue Line corridor.
The development comprises 88 residences across six residential floors, with a mix of studios, one-bedroom apartments and an exclusive three-bedroom residence. The building will rise from a ground floor and podium, followed by six residential levels, and has been designed around the concept of contemporary homes shaped for everyday living.
Floors 1 to 5 will each comprise 15 residences, including five studios and 10 one-bedroom apartments. The sixth floor will have 13 residences, comprising five studios, seven one-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom residence. Studio sizes range from 383 to 424 sq. ft., while one-bedroom residences range from 724 to 1,198 sq. ft. The three-bedroom residence occupies approximately 2,452 sq. ft. and is the only residence of its type in the development.
Equiti Casa will include a range of shared facilities aimed at residents and families, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, children’s play area and barbecue deck. A landscaped podium deck will provide additional outdoor space, while covered parking, a lobby and reception, high-speed elevators and 24-hour security with CCTV will form part of the development’s supporting facilities.
The project’s location is a key element of its offering. Al Warsan 4 is an established residential community and forms part of an area that is expected to see improved connectivity with the development of the Dubai Metro Blue Line. The planned line is intended to connect several growing communities with established parts of Dubai, adding another public transport link to the city’s expanding network.
Equiti Casa also offers access to Dubai International Airport and key destinations across the city. Its location provides residents with connectivity while retaining the relatively accessible residential positioning associated with Al Warsan 4.
The development comes as Dubai continues to expand its residential districts and transport infrastructure in line with the longer-term objectives of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan. The plan places emphasis on improving connectivity, creating well-served communities and supporting the city’s continued urban growth.
For BNH Real Estate Developer, Equiti Casa represents its latest residential offering in Dubai and brings a relatively compact development to a location where established community infrastructure is being complemented by planned transport improvements.
With 88 freehold residences, a mix of home sizes and a range of communal facilities, the project is aimed at residents seeking a contemporary home in an established part of Dubai, while the futhure Metro connection adds a longer-term connectivity dimension to the location.
